FAQ
Can I wear face makeup with eyelash extensions?
Yes, you can wear face makeup (foundation, powders, blushes, bronzers). Cream eyeshadows are not recommended as they can transfer to your lashes and be harder to remove.
Can I wear strip lashes over my lash extensions?
We highly recommend staying away from applying a strip lash over your extensions. When you go to remove the strip lash it may pull out some of your extensions and leave behind a sticky residue on your extensions/natural lashes making it harder to apply extensions to your lashes.
Can I wear mascara with eyelash extensions?
We highly advise staying away from wearing mascara as it hard to remove without rubbing your lashes too much. Most of the time it isn't removed completely which makes it more likely that your newly placed extensions won't last as long as it should because there isn't a secure bond between the lash extension, glue, and your natural lash.
Can I wear mascara after I get a lash lift?
Yes, but we recommend waiting 24 hours before applying it. Regular mascara is recommended if using.
Can I get a spray tan after my lash service?
We recommend getting a spray tan either 24 hours before or after your lash service.
Am I able to work out after my lash service?
We recommend waiting 24 hours before working out. Any sweat that drips down to your lashes could cause more lash extension loss due to the oils in your sweat. Always wash your lashes immediately right after a workout session.
How do I clean my lash extensions?
You will need an extension safe cleanser and a lash cleansing brush to properly clean your lashes. We retail both of these products to help extend the life of your extensions and maintain the health of your eyes!
How often should I come in for lash fills?
Every 2 weeks is best. The longer you wait, the more your lashes will grow/fall out and may require more time to get them back to being full again. Keep in mind, a full set is recommended after 4 weeks.
Can I go swimming with lash extensions?
Yes! Pool or ocean, whichever you choose! Just make sure to wash your lashes as soon as you can to remove any chemicals and/or salt water residue.
