Salon etiquette
To get the most out of your service, please allow yourself extra time to locate our building, find parking and give yourself enough time to use the restroom if needed. To avoid distractions, we kindly ask that you please have your phone on silent or vibrate during your service. We strive to provide the best service and quality possible to you. We recommend keeping talking to a minimum during your service. This allows you to relax (maybe even sneak in a nap) and in turn gives you the best experience and results. Our treatment room is quite small, therefore only the technician and the client will be allowed during the service - we kindly ask that you please leave your pets and children at home.
Booking Policy
- All appointment requests must be approved manually by us before they can be booked completely.
- You must be a minimum of 18 years old to receive services, otherwise a parent's consent is required.
- New Lash Extension clients - All full sets require a non-refundable $80 deposit depending on the style. This initial payment is separate from the remaining balance and will be subtracted from the total amount.
- Patterns of repeat no call, no shows or constant late cancellations (including reschedules) will result in your inability to book online. To book any future appointments, you must text 206.313.9649 to inquire.
- If your card is declined for any charges and fees and we don't hear back from you within 24 hours with an updated form of payment you will no longer be able to make future appointments until your balance is paid.

Late Policy
Please let us know if you're running late! If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will always do our best to fit you in while also still providing you the best experience and service possible. If we must reschedule your appointment because we don't have time to fit in your full service, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.

- If you are needing to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 24HRS of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This includes late arrivals that need to be rescheduled.
- If we don't hear from you and you don't show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file and any deposit placed towards the service will be forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise and can be completely out of one's control, therefore we will allow exceptions depending on the circumstance. Please understand that we have set aside time in advance specifically for you - advance notice is always appreciated!

Allergy policy
- If you are experiencing an allergic reaction to the adhesive, you must contact us via text within 48 hours of experiencing allergy symptoms and we will schedule a complimentary extension removal for you - symptoms usually include redness, swollen, itchy, flakey eye lids.
- If you've experienced any allergic reactions to any lash extension and lash lift/tint/lamination products in the past and would like to receive a service you must book an Allergy Test a minimum of 48 hours before date of service.

Satisfaction Policy
We understand that sometimes there may be miscommunication somewhere and perhaps you didn't exactly receive the lash look you were anticipating. We also understand that certain factors may affect how well your lash extensions stay on.
If you are unhappy with the results you received or you are experiencing an unusual amount of fallout, contact us via text within 4 days of your service and we will be happy to help as best as we can to remedy the situation.

- Due to the time and skill it takes to perform our services, we do not offer any refunds.
